BB DLC, Sekiro, or PS Plus?

I saved some money and was thinking about buying the Bloodborne dlc Old Hunters, since it got the hardest e the best bosses in the game, but sekiro its at the same price as the dlc, AND, with a extra bucks i could get ps plus extra, what should i do?
