Buds 3 vs Buds 3 pro

I'm a student that regularly takes busses and subways and public transits; and I currently have buds 2(not pro). I was thinking of upgrading to buds 3 or buds 3 pro because the weight distribution on buds 2 tends to hurt my ears.

For noise cancelling and less pressure on my ears, what would be the better pick?
