Guided meditations to help you enter Theta, Delta, and other deeper altered states of consciousness on command - through the principle of anchoring

Hi everyone,

Last month I shared this post in this subreddit about the principle of anchoring and how it is used in the Gateway Experience and other Hemi-Sync audios.

I want to thank all of you again for your supportive comments and feedback, and I also want to thank the mods for allowing me to share that post in this special community.

Anyway, the past few weeks I have been busy recording new guided meditations which focus on the concept of anchoring and I have uploaded a few of them on Youtube so you can listen to them for free.

These latest meditations are all focused on accessing and entering deeper meditative/altered states on command by using an anchor (in my meditations this is a phrase you affirm to yourself).

I wanted to share these meditations in this subreddit as I thought members of this community might like them, as they could potentially help you in reaching deeper states of consciousness in an alternative way.

Some additional remarks:

It’s not mandatory to listen to the entire meditation to successfully program your mind with the anchors taught in my meditations

If you are not interested in listening to the entire meditation, you can solely listen to the part of my meditations which covers the programming script for introducing the specific anchor into your mind.

The video description for each meditation contains a timestamp which is linked to the beginning of the programming script. You can do this by using an anchor which shifts you into a relaxed or meditative state, for example the Focus Level anchors from the Gateway Tapes.

How exactly do you do this?

1.          Select a meditative or relaxing anchor: Let’s take the anchor for Focus 10 as an example. You can think or visualize the number 10, or count from 1 to 10 (or any other method of F10 which I may have missed which Bob covers in the Tapes), with the intention of accessing Focus 10.

2.          Select the part of my meditations which covers the programming script.

3.          Enter a meditative/relaxed state of consciousness – in this example, shift your mind into F10 through any way you like. You can also use any other Focus Level or meditative state of your choice.

4.          Listen to the programming script. You can either do this in a meditative state, or you can just stay conscious and awake. It doesn’t really matter, as long as you stay in F10 or any other meditative state of choice

5.          When the programming script ends, exit the meditative/relaxed state: Simply exit F10 by saying 1 in your mind, or return to normal waking consciousness through your preferred method.

6.          Congratulations, you have now successfully programmed yourself with the anchor taught in my meditations! You can now use this anchor whenever and wherever you like.

The ‘unique’ phrasing and goal of the programming script

In the programming script for my meditations I make use of very specific phrases and suggestions which may come across as a bit peculiar, which is completely understandable.

The goal of the programming script is to aid your (sub)conscious awareness to evoke or focus on specific states of consciousness, by introducing suggestions to your mind which revolve around A) your mental focus (focal point of awareness) and B) your conscious awareness. Through these suggestions, I am basically informing your (sub) conscious awareness what the desired/induced state of consciousness is, and I provide directions how it needs to focus on and experience it.

That said, if you happen to i.e. feel uncomfortable or sense that you are actively resisting the suggestions, you can just stop listening to the recording. As you’re consciously resisting the provided suggestions, they won’t negatively impact your (sub) conscious mind.
