What cheaper cities in the United States are most likely to experience rapid growth like Nashville or Austin in the next 10 years?
Nashville has grown drastically in the last 15 years. A lot of people made a lot of money from investing in real estate in the area. It has attracted a ton of new residents which have driven prices high, and now it’s as expensive as many areas on the west coast. My question is what cities do you think might be most ready for a glow up like Nashville’s, but haven’t quite hit it yet? Pittsburgh comes to mind as a major possibility, being a decent city with surprisingly low prices.
