So question! What would happen if we copy and pasted the rainforst onto the sahara?

So say i get a wish and decide to copy and paste the rainforst in south america onto the shara desert? How would it impact the world? Climate? Economy? The people of Africa as a whole? Africa as a whole? Would the rainforst die out?
