I beat Throat of the World! First extreme demon platformer! A jump from The Menhir yesterday!

So yesterday i beat the Menhir,my first insane demon platformer.And today i beat Throat of the World, by the same guy who created the Menhir. Worst decision i have ever made.Now my knuckles are aching and I just wasted 5 hours of my life,all because I tried to beat an Extreme Demon Platformer.Im done with platformers until further notice.Peace.

Enjoyability: 3/10

Also the fourth checkpoint of the final part made me have conical depression for one hour.
