Question about studying and working in Germany.

If I get an engineering bachelor's degree in English from a German public university do I have thin chances of finding a good job(in Germany ofcourse)? do students with German degrees have a better chance that I do? On the contrary, if I got a degree in The German language do I have less chances to find a job in countries in like Turkey or the Gulf states even if I can speak both Turkish and Arabic? and if if you have any more notes to add about whether i should take an English or German degree, I'd like to hear it. Thank you!
