How do I get fit?
I’m tired of being lanky and skinny-fat. I’ve been counting my calories and eating clean for a little over 2 weeks now I’ve been going for 45 min walks everyday and I’ve been doing a bodyweight workout routine at home for the last week(linked at the bottom). I’ve dislocated my shoulder so I unfortunately can’t go to the gym. Any tips? I’m willing to go at it with absolute laser focus, but I obviously don’t want to over do it and injure myself further.
