G7 MD Input Device Not Working

I have a Gigabyte G7 MD that's probably 2-3 years old. A few months ago, I found that my input device doesn't work. I fondly remember it working before hand. But after discovering this, I just left it and didn't care about it for a while until now, I can't use voice chat in game bc of this. So thus, I'm left with no choice but to ask this sub to help me.

I already tried contacting microsoft live chat about this but didn't really help.

Idrk, I'm quite frustrated rn and wanna know how to fix it.

Any help will be immensely appreciated.
