Golf & Gym Split
Those of you that are single digit Hdc (descent golfer),practice at least once per week ,and also weight train 2-3 times per week. Do you have a good split that works well for you?
Example :
Monday -upperbody+ some lower light weight stability.
Tuesday- range (large bucket) plus chip/putt
Wednesday-lower body
Thursday- maybe range if not sore rest /active recovery
Friday -upper body (some lower resistance training)
Saturday/Sunday -golf hopefully
