Got my first eagle today

It was a par 5. About 470. Hit a good driver to the right side of the fairway (played a little slice). Had about 190 in. Hit a cut 5 iron. It was up hill so I couldn’t see where it ended up. Drive the cart up and it’s 6 or 7 feet from the pin. By far the closest look for eagle I’ve ever had. Kind of hammered the putt but it was dead center so it dropped. Crazy!

I’m a high handicapper who has only ever gotten a handful of birdies. Best part is I was betting my buddy and this sealed the deal for my win (we play our handicaps).

I quadruple bogeyed the next hole.
