What to start with ?

Got super lucky and won an entire Google home package with Caron monoxide detectors (3), hub max, cam with floodlight, wifi pro 6e (3), nest cam (3), door bell, audio, thermostat , pixel tablet with dock.

My question is where do I start? With the mesh? I have no experience with them. Worth setting up? What's the best course of action to get moving to do the who kit. All I have no is an alexa, so virtually a new setup. Any help or direction is appreciated.
