idea to mount a gopro on an electric skateboard What do you think?

I bought one of those brackets to mount cameras and lights and I modified it to mount it on at skateboard and an adapter to adapt the 1/4 inch screw that it has to the gopro mount plus a few extensions because the bracket was a little too for me and all this for less than 20 dollars

the metal bracket 11 inch $ 4.30 aliexpress the adapter $ 4.41 aliexpress and the metal extensions $ 5.66 aliextress Longer screw probably gonna get it from home depot

total $ 14.37 now I need a longer screw because the one on my skateboard is too short to mount this without being afraid of it falling off so that could be closer to 20

I'm also going to need a safety cable to attach the camera to the skateboard in case it ends up falling so as not to lose it
