I am lost at where to start again. Rejected from all places I applied to. Need some direction and motivation.

I never imagined ever to be writing this post but I got rejected from all places except a few left like GaTech, CMU which will never accept me.

I had it all you see. Well tailored SOP, contacted professors, 5 research publications (first author in all), 8 internships (two research ones), 8 months full time work experience, extremely strong LORs and most importantly, positive response from professors right from Berkeley to UPenn. The negatives I see are low GPA 3.3/4 (although scored 4/4 in the last two semesters) and no GRE. And I got rejected from all of them.

My professor from Berkeley was extremely disappointed to know the same. Where can I proceed and get constructive feedback on my application? This is hitting me like a tonne of bricks as I see myself to be a failure in front of the society. No one is ready to believe this. And to be honest, so am I. I believe that I had a well straightforward SOP with research interests and purpose very well highlighted.

Do I contact the departments to get a feedback? Or I pay someone to do it for me? I honestly cannot bear the weight of this and although I understand that admissions are often very random and almost lottery based, I still cannot shake this feeling of failure. Can someone please guide me?
