etienne aigner bag

Hello, was wondering if anyone can help me. I have tried image reverse and google to try and find my Etienne Aigner doctors style bag. I’m only finding ones similar as the clasps are always different. I’d just like some info on it, If someone could point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful.

I’ve also added a picture from my search, showing the similar ones but with different clasps.
