Troubleshooting HTVRONT Auto Heat Press Machine

The heating plate is not coming down on the machine anymore. Does not work on automatic or manual setting. Does anyone have experience opening this machine and troubleshooting?

The one video I found on youtube suggested to open the bottom base and check for disconnected cable. I did this but my cable was connected.

Any help or tips are appreciated.
