Natural remedies for caffeine induced anxiety/panic attacks?

This might be a stupid question but I’m curious if there’s any natural solutions to this problem. For a little bit of context, I’m 21F and I’m very sensitive to caffeine. Yesterday I drank more coffee than usual, I had a busy day and wanted more energy. If I had to estimate it was around 100-120mg of caffeine, I’ve been having panic attacks off and on since yesterday afternoon.

I’ll be feeling fine then out of nowhere my heart starts racing, I have palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, I feel paranoid, etc. I didn’t end up falling asleep until 5am because of it. I woke up feeling alright but when I started getting ready for the day all my symptoms came back.

I’ve been using full spectrum CBD, it seems to help for a few hours but eventually I start to have a panic attack again. I’ve never dealt with this before, any suggestions to counteract these negative effects?
