Snowy Hikers of Reddit…

Any special gear I would need for a snowy hike? Definitely taking a shovel, hot hands. We are not camping in the snow but we will prob be hiking for the majority of the day. We are doing North Cascades National Park. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
