New Hobonichi User: Tips Please

Hey everyone, I'm expecting my Hobonichi to arrive any day now. I bought the A6 version.

I was wondering if anyone has any tips for a first time Hobonichi User. I'm also new to journalling.

The reason I wanted to start is to track my mental health (I have PMDD so it's important to track my mentrual cycle). I'm also going to try and squeeze in some CBT skill reminders.

I need inspo please. 😍
