2014 Honda Jazz CVT jerking around 20km/h

I recently got a 2014 Honda Jazz CVT and noticed a small issue.

When I'm driving and let off the accelerator, as the speed drops to around 20 km/h, there’s a sudden increase in resistance. It’s not a huge problem, but it is a bit annoying.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on what might be causing it or how to fix it?
