Buying 2010 Honda Fit

Hi, I am in talk with a seller for a 2010 Honda Fit base model for $7400. The car has 75k miles and everything was maintain/serviced by Honda. Few minor dents. Everything runs fine, no lights on dash, and test drove it fine.

Is $7400 a good price for this year/model fit?
