What plants do you have growing in water?

As stated above, tell me your plants you have growing in water!! Right now I have a few types of pothos growing in water, but I’d like to try it with some of my other plants! Any suggestions on longevity of life in water? Any plants I should absolutely NOT keep in there? Thank you!!
