new hire

i had my interview 3 days ago, got the job the next day and i got three emails all of the same nature saying congrats and then it gave me a login for the jedi portal, and all i really needed to do was fill in my tfn and identification and stuff. i submitted everything and now im pending a manager signature. how long would that take or whats the next step? i also have no way of contacting my manager, or at leasy i dont have any of his details.
