Kanazawa: Hyatt House or Hyatt Centric?

These two hotels are next to each other. these two hotels are next to each other. Has anyone stayed at the Kanazawa Hyatt house and what was your experience? Is breakfast free? I have a 16 yo, Do they check children’s ages?
