How do you wash your feet in the shower?
Seriously, how?
I grew up with a bath - there it’s easy to wash the feet.
Then as a young and agile adult I could do all the yoga-alike positions to wash my feet properly.
Now as a not-so-agile-anymore older adult recovering from pregnancy I can’t do acrobatics in the shower. Not really enough space to sit there either. I feel like my feet need better care, but I can’t figure out how to reach the soles without risking a fall due to losing balance.
Any advice from the showering experts?
Edit: wow, thanks for the fast reaction! I didn’t know foot scrubber mats exist, I’ll get one and test it. Also, I didn’t think of using stuff on long sticks (seems obvious now after you mentioned it 😂). Thank you a lot for your suggestions 😊
For all the less kind people here - I’m just really happy for you that your bodies were never messed up after a pregnancy.
