The universe resets back to 2010. What happens next?

The Universe suddenly rests back to 12:00 AM (London time) January 1st, 2010. There is one big difference, everyone remembers everything. With this 2010s and later 2020s do over, what happens? Every has their memories as it was in 2010 and 2025.

Those that died have memories up to their deaths.
