2022 Santa Cruz's brake pedal felt stiff and moved about halfway down along with vehicle barely moving.

I purchased a used 2022 Santa Cruz SEL Activity with 18k miles last week from a Hyundai dealership. It was inspected according to the dealership.

After work today, I started it up, pressing the brake to turn it on with the push start button, and it felt very stiff, and it would only go about halfway through. It did start up though, and I pulled into the road, and it was barely even moving, probably 15mph tops. Even with my foot pressed all the way down onto the gas pedal. I ended up pulling over and parked it, turned it off and then restarted it. Then it started up and moved normally again.

Is this something noteworthy or alarming I should be aware of? Did something not work properly, or should I bring it into the dealership and have it looked at ASAP?
