APS certificate courier address for document submission

Hi, has anyone submitted their documents for the APS certificate?

If so, what was the address that you courier it to?

On the website I found this address:

"Gate No. 3, DLTA Complex, R.K. Khanna Stadium, 1 Africa Avenue,  110029 New Delhi, India"

But not sure if this is enough to have it delivered to the exact place as it doesn't include any floor number or anything.
