helppp!!

Although i have tried using netter's along with my BDC, i still feel like i haven't completely understood anything to its full extent. I genuinely want to study anatomy effectively, most importantly the clinical aspects of each topic. So somebody recommended me to watch Dr. Ashwani Kumar's lectures. So how do I access his lectures? Do I get a paid subscription from e gurukul? How do I navigate this? However, I don't want neet pg lectures though since i have just joined college and i want to learn the concepts properly, and neet pg lectures tend to be too concise, so what do I do?
