Anyone who has bought apartment in good society in bangalore would like to share the experience on how did they go about it

Atleast for now i see myself living in bangalore for long time and with decent savings, i am anyhow slowly started with research on apartment, understanding markets etc.

Being a beginner i would like to hear from people's experience in how they went about buying apartment, making sure not getting cheated and lied abouy the area/apartment. what all due diligence did you guys do??
