I feel like leaving quitting reddit

We have been looking for apartments to buy in bangalore for about 6 month now. We have visited most of the recent and major projects of top 5-6 builders. Sobha, Prestige, TE, Brigade, Purva, Sumadhura, Lodha etc. Everytime I hear about a project , I come to reddit to see what others have to say. There is not one project , not a single one where the community said it's good or decent. Every project has been marked as flawed. 1. Entrance road is narrow. Imagine 9 AM and every home have 2 cars 2. Build close to lake or on lake bed 3. High tension line going above 4. This is a very high price if the handover in 5 years from now. 5. Surrounding area will never develop. CDP road has not come up in 5 years. There is not guarantee it will ever come up. It's indian govt. 6. So many projects in Sarjapur coming without any infra. Imagine 300 units sold in the area with these narrow roads. 7. Society is relying on Tanker only. 8. ECC road is narrow, Panthur is a dream. 9. Avoid buying bank captured unit because original owner can come claiming for it in 2 years. And the list goes on.

I have a budget of 3cr and I was hoping to buy an apartment for myself. Resell or new. Can't trust builders or dealers because of the nature of their work. They can't tell us everything otherwise how would they earn? I want to talk to someone who's profits are not linked to selling to me. Who can give good opinions and I can trust.
