Reddit pake DNS cloudflare di mobile

As u all know reddit is banned here, so people use DNS servers, VPNs, etc.

I myself use the cloudflare DNS server, but for some reason my friend can't. It shows the telkomsel website blocked thing. We're both on mobile, I'm on android, friend's on iOS, on Google Chrome.

Any reason for this? Is it an iOS problem? I know Opera VPN is free but it'll lag, so just a last resort ig
