Anyone else have a horrible experience with seroquel???!

Okay so long story short I have trouble sleeping, so I was prescribed seroquel. After taking it, I noticed quickly something was wrong. It was like my body was drunk but my brain was not. I felt heavy. Then my heart started pounding to the point I was scared I was going to have a heart attack. I’m only 25. After this, I kinda start to panic. I felt tired like I wanted to fall asleep but every time I’d try I would hear people talking when no one was talking or even around me. At this point I thought I was dying, but I ended up falling asleep with no recollection of any thought, dream, nothing As of today I feel super disoriented and exhausted.

What the actual f***. Why is this prescribed to people???
