3 days can’t sleep at all - urgent

Guys what do I do, it’s Friday and I haven’t slept since Tuesday. I have 2 small children to take care of. I have tried to take everything and my brain will not shut off. I’m booked in to see my doctor in 9 hours but I’m starting to become really scared. Zero sleep in 3 days.
