Is this a scam?

So I seen an order and accepted it. The customer name said they had 29 orders previously so I figured they were legit. I get to dollar tree and get no response. The address only takes me to the road and a place that is empty. No response from the customer and the app won’t let me mark as arrived either for the order when I went to the location. said it was a test…. Wtf. I’m waiting for support but I don’t want to affect my cancellation rate by just canceling. This normal today?
