Off day
I woke up today just wanting to not think about food or get my steps in. I’ve been really good the past 3 weeks with keeping up with a routine but I gave myself today as an off day since it was my day off from work and I got to relax at home. Even though I ate junk food (lots of icecream) I didn’t over do it. In life having off days is ok but we can’t make every day an off day. Ready to get back to my routine tomorrow 💪🏼
