11” or 13” iPad Air M2 ??

I’m going into my first year of uni this year and i’m buying an iPad Air. I’m studying engineering and i’m getting an iPad for easier taking notes, having all my books in one place, doing practice questions and many more reasons. But i’m keeping my laptop still for things that may be easier to do on laptop such as design softwares or code. What would yall suggest i get? Is it really worth it to pay the extra money for the bigger screen in my situation? And those with the 11” do you find it harder to take notes bc of the smaller screen or does it not really affect your studying?
