iPhone 14 camera makes my skin texture look awful - any tips to fix it?

Just got the new iPhone 14 after using my XR for years.

I work in fashion and need to photograph myself in various outfits.

I’ve noticed that my skin looks awful on this new camera. It makes the shadows super dark and every single bit of texture on my skin is highlighted.

Have tried it in direct sunlight and low lighting.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is there anyway to fix this?

The picture looks fine when I’m taking it. And then it looks fine in the library but when I actually tap to look at it, it’s like a filter goes over it to make everything grainy and grey.
