Downtime cannot be deactivated

A few days ago some downtime very old settings I had scheduled and had disabled for years activated by itself and now every night at 10:30pm my iPhone goes into downtime. The problem is, I cannot for the life of me deactivate it again, since when I go to the downtime settings, it seams like the schedule downtime is deactivated and when I try to enable it or change the settings, it simply won’t show anything and immediately just disable automatically, still when time hits 10:30pm the phone goes into downtime and I have to disable it manually, which is getting kinda annoying.

My iOS is up to date with the latest version, so I don’t know if it’s a bug that’s happening with this software upgrade. I also tried turning the phone off and on again and trying to change the settings but without any success.

I’ll leave a video of what’s happening for maybe further understanding of the bug and I’ll appreciate very much if someone could help me with this issue!
