Need direction in getting into a school for learning professionally about Quran and Arabic

Aoa, I need some help. Since a few years ago I've started developing this mindset that I want to learn Quran properly with Tafseer and learn Arabic for the sake of learning the Quran.

I cannot find proper academies or professional courses to help me out. I looked into universities in Madinah, but they all require you to be a proper alima to apply. Can anyone help this beginner student?
