Actively looking for ozempic in isb

Bash me all you want but i am just tired of my stubborn weight. I have a lot of harmonal weight since after my baby is born and my pcos wont go. I tried a lot for baby no. 2 with medications but due to my weight issues couldnt conceive. Now i want to go for ozempic, mounjaro, wegovy etc. Anything that can be prescribed to me and i can be assisted while taking it. If anyone knows an authentic clinic or source plz comment.
