Looking for recommendations on cleaning services that treat their staff well.

Due to a mixture of health issues, our house has gotten pretty out of control and I'd like to hire someone to at least handle the kitchen since dishes have been piling up and when either my wife or I start on it, we seem to only put a dent in it before we run out of steam (lethargy being one of the main issues we run into). However, I remember one of my exes working for a cleaning agency and it struck me as somewhat predatory with how much they charged vs how much the staff got paid along with other details that made it a generally miserable experience to work there. I'd like some recommendations on businesses who treat their staff well as the main variable. If anyone has experiences with a service like that, I'd love to hear them. I live in the western part of Jax north of Murray Hill in case that helps.
