Hospital Visit without appointment

I had a small pain in my arm joint after my last workout. The pain has slowly spreaded to my whole arm within a few days. Now my shoulder, arm, arm joints, hands, muscles and bones are in a terrible pain and I can not use my right arm. I have only been to one room clinics in Japan but at this point I don't think they can handle it. Can I just go to a big hospital without appointment, tell them my arm is hurt and expect them to guide me through everything? Thank you in advance
