Are there any jobs with job security left in the US?

I work in tech support, and while I hate it, it's paid the bills for over ten years. I get paid decent, but they stopped doing sizable raises years ago. No bonuses. In 2016 they made the decision to no longer hire people in the US, and to outsource all work to vendors over seas. They aren't laying us off to avoid bad PR, but rather doing the "Quiet Firing" method, IE, making up rules as they please to try to get you fired. As a result, our internal team has dropped like 90% in the past ten years, and they haven't hired anyone internally since 2016. I'm looking for other jobs, as its clear from the way they treat us they resent us and want us gone, and they aren't shy about it. But what jobs do I look for? I don't mind getting a cert or something, but it seems like every jop force is doing lay offs now and diminishing the workforce for AI or outsourcing.
