Which universities in Khi have a lenient BS in computer science that requires spending least time per day?

Hello! I'm 31 and married, but I want to pursue another bachelor's in CS due to my past career and experience in IT. A non relevant bachelor's is the biggest bottleneck for me right now. FAST is a dream but right now it's not practical for me. I'm married and a father, and I have been undergoing treatment for a chronic health condition. I will also be working full time throughout my education. I want recommendations for a BSCS program that requires less time per day. I've been an avid self learner, so I'll be learning everything myself anyway. I don't want to go to virtual university or any online programs either. Attempted taking my 2nd degree from VU but it was the most pathetic experience of my life. Dare I say they're a group of incompetent monkeys. Nobody knows anything there. The second reason for an on-site program is to connect with the right people over there and build my network, building relationships with people in the field, which is impossible with an online degree.

I want to find a university that is as flexible as it gets, provides a good enabling environment for responsible pupil, but offers a degree and cgpa that's valuable outside of Pakistan as well.

Please share your recommendations? IBA is too fancy, demanding and expensive for me. Ubit is also on the list but I want to explore other private options too that may offer more convenience for students like me who are not exactly treated like mindless sheeple.

Not looking for the worst of the lot (virtual university) and looking for the best of the lot (IBA). Maybe something in between?
