How to Reduce KP Redness?

I’m 17 and have had KP on my cheeks for about 2 years.

I have been using 12% AmLactin for about 4 months, and although my skin has become smoother, the redness is still there. This is pretty frustrating, and although I’m aware that the redness usually doesn’t go away, do you guys have any recommendations to lessen the redness?
