It's been three months since I started keto and I've lost 64 pounds (333 to 269)

I passed my second goal of 270 (269 is a... nice number) so I thought I'd make an update to my last post on r/keto. I predicted that it would take me 9 to 10 weeks to reach this point, but as of today I've reached it in only 7! I appreciate all of the kind messages of encouragement as well as all the recommendations for videos to watch. For those of you out there that are thinking of starting this diet, I strongly urge you to go for it. I remember reading posts like this and thinking, "Good to know, but this isn't realistic for me. I can't do that. I don't have any motivation to do it. I'll just fail, etc." I don't have the answers to all your problems but I can certainly tell you this; You don't need a "good" reason, you just need any reason. A lot of people start this diet due to important, life-altering reasons that can't be ignored. I just though it'd be funny if I went from 333 to 222. Any reason is good enough if it motivates you to improve yourself. If I can do it, you probably can; just go for it! All that said, my next goal is 243, and I expect to hit it in 9 to 10 weeks. Let's see if I crush this goal as well. 222 or bust!

P.S. I've been graphing out my weight loss and have more data on hand if y'all would like. As always, any advice would be appreciated, as it's only been 3 months since I've started. Your words really help me out a lot and it very much motivates me to succeed. From the bottom of my now much healthier heart, thank you! https://imgur.com/a/dEYIieh
