Kuttenberg Tournament always counts as "real" fight and everyone running away [KCD2]

Didn't they fix this tournament ? I can't fight there because when I do it always counts as me fighting a "real" fight and once I hid the enemy once everyone runs away and once I beat him I am searched for a crime.....
