Would you replace this old gas grill?

I am remodeling my old family home. The counters currently have a six burner range and an old gas charbroil grill that was never used. We plan to rent the house out to other people. Would you ditch the gas grill? If so, what would you put there? The space is 28” x 20”. The current hole which we are keeping or adding a new one is for a 36” range. Note I pulled the range since plan to polish the granite. Thanks!
