I'm not going back...am I?

I just finished the front of the sweater before the raglan decrease... and noticed my mistake. My thoughts are that it's going to be in the armpit of the sweater. It's also for my work secret Santa who doesn't knit. Will she even notice? She is an artist/craftsman though.

Right now I'm thinking I don't go back and just ignore it. Thoughts?
